How do I know which session is right for me?

If your unsure, that's completely okay. Reiki is ideal if you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed or need to relax and reset. ThetaHealing® is helpful if you feel stuck in old patterns or want to explore deeper emotional or mindset shifts.

Do I need to believe in energy healing?

No, you don't need any prior experience or beliefs. You simply need to be open to receiving support.

What happens during a session?

Sessions are gentle and guided. We begin with a short conversation, followed by Reiki or ThetaHealing® depending on your needs. You remain fully clothed, relaxed and in control throughout.

Can sessions be done online?

Yes, both Reiki and ThetaHealing® are just as effective online. You can relax in your own space while receiving the session via Zoom.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goals. Some clients book a single session for support, while others choose a series of 3-5 sessions for deeper, lasting change.

Is this safe?

Yes, sessions are gentle supportive and always guided at your pace. You are never pushed beyond what feels comfortable.

What if I feel nervous?

That's completely normal. Many clients feel unsure before their first session. My role is to create a calm, safe and welcoming space for you.
