About ThetaHealing®

ThetaHealing® is a gentle, guided process that works with the subconscious mind to identify and shift limiting beliefs, emotional patterns and perspectives that may be keeping you stuck. These beliefs are often formed over time through life experiences, and can influence how you feel, react and move through the world often without you even realising it. Rather than just managing the surface symptoms, ThetaHealing® helps us explore the root cause in a safe and supported way.

Sessions are relaxed, conversational and collaborative. We begin by talking about what you would like support with, whether that's stress, emotional overwhelm, repeating patterns, or feeling stuck in a certain area of your life. From there, I gently guide the session using ThetaHealing® techniques to help identify underlying beliefs or patterns. Together, we work to release what no longer serves you and introduce more supportive, empowering beliefs.

You remain fully aware and in control throughout the session. There is no pressure, and everything moves at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

ThetaHealing® may help support you if you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed or mentally exhausted, stuck in repeating patterns (relationships, self doubt, overthinking), struggling with confidence or self worth, navigating a life transition or uncertainty, wanting to feel calmer, clearer and more in control. It's about helping you understand what's beneath the surface and gently creating space for positive change.

I understand that opening up, even in a gentle way, can feel vulnerable. That's why I create a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore what's coming up for you. You just need a willingness to begin.
