If you've been constantly 'on edge,' emotionally drained, or unable to switch off, Reiki offers a simple and supportive way to slow down and reset. Many people I work with are used to pushing through managing responsibilities, caring for others, and holding everything together. Over time this can leave you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself. Reiki creates a space where you can pause, breathe, and allow your body to relax.

Reiki sessions are calm and deeply relaxing. In person, you will lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table in a peaceful space. I gently place my hands lightly on your body, allowing Reiki energy to flow. For online sessions, you simply rest in your own space while I send Reiki energy at a distance. Most clients experience a deep sense of relaxation, warmth or gentle sensations, a quieting of the mind, emotional release or calm. There is nothing you need to do, simply rest and receive.

Reiki may be helpful if you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or burnt out, struggling to relax and switch off, emotionally drained or sensitive, experiencing anxiety or mental overload, wanting to feel more balanced and grounded. It's about giving your body the space it needs to reset and restore.

While one session can leave you feeling calmer and lighter, many clients can benefit from a series of sessions. Regular Reiki allows your nervous system to settle more deeply over time, supporting longer-lasting balance, clarity and emotional steadiness.

I understand how important it is to feel safe, especially if you are already feeling overwhelmed. My approach is gentle, calm and non-judgemental. You don't need to talk if you don't want to, you can simply come as you are.
